TFSSG has implemented a Whistleblowing Policy as part of its ongoing commitment to uphold strong corporate governance across the organization. This policy reflects the management’s dedication to transparency, integrity, and accountability.

Through this policy, TFSSG encourages its employees, business partners, and members of the public to report any suspected misconduct—such as corruption, fraud, abuse of power, financial irregularities, or violations of applicable laws and regulations—using the designated whistleblowing channel. Scope of Disclosure

Concerns submitted under the whistleblowing policy should relate to actual or suspected unethical or illegal behavior that could negatively affect TFSSG. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to:
